- BBBGMay 5, 20251.0Today I visited The Kensington High Street Sunglasses Hut shop to return/exchange some sunglasses which were new and unworn (I was given a brand new pair from the stock where it was bought) but wanted to exchange them. The manager at this branch questioned whether they had been used despite my insistance that they were unused and never worn as bought a couple of days earlier. As a customer she made me feel like I was lying and she was trying to imply that I was trying to return in a deceitful way a used item. She came across as accusatory in an aggressive manner which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt humiliated and I will never purchase sunglasses from this shop ever again. Please beware!.👎
- RWRebecca WilliamsNov 21, 20241.0I went to sunglasses hut today (21/11/24) and was appalled by how rude and unprofessional the staff member was. Online, it states that the store closes at 7:00pm. We approached the shop at 6:15pm and as we pulled the door, we realised they were locked. The staff member in the store saw us but chose to ignore us, walked into the back and switched the lights off. We tried to ring the store and again, we were ignored. After a long day at work, paying for parking and walking in the cold, to receive such a response is beyond disappointing and will not be back. The lack of professionalism and sheer rudeness is truly shameful for such an establishment, especially we have supported in the past.
